CheckOut 1.10 Screen Shots |
CheckOut Main Screen: Below is the CheckOut main screen. The window has been shrunk horizontally and so all of the columns do not display. However, this is a popular window size as it displays the name, telephone number, and status. Features displayed on this screenshot:
|
Pop-Up Menu: When you select an entry from the list on the main display, and then right-click the mouse, the following pop-up menu appears. From it you can directly perform the most common In and Out functions. |

| CheckOut Information Columns: This screen shot displays all of the CheckOut column headers. CheckOut has seperate columns for In and Out date and time. Many other products do not keep the In date and time. Because CheckOut does, you can see how long someone has been in. Those products that do keep In date and time usually share that data in the same column as the Out date and time. We feel you will prefer having that information kept seperately as it enables you to read the display more quickly. |
| Color Styles: CheckOut provides two different Color Styles. Each style may be individually selected for the "Who or What" and "Status" columns. The color styles allow for quick reading of the display. There is a different color for each of the four In and Out status conditions possible (screenshots, below, display the four conditions). (Currently you cannot choose the specific colors used by CheckOut; however, that may be available in a future release.) | |

| Preferences: From this screen you select the desired color styles and the automatic update interval. The color styles are described above. The automatic Update Interval ranges from 1 to 10 minutes. Or, you may select 0 to disable the automatic update. If automatic update is disabled, you can refresh manually at any time via the main pull-down menu or the right-click menu (screen shot above). Please note that regardless of the automatic update setting, CheckOut will always update itself upon the occurence of several specific Windows events (these events are detailed in the included help file). |
